These Terms of Service ("Terms") are effective as of January 1, 2024. By accessing or using the Voxel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Voxel provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that aggregates transaction data to generate 3D-visualized insights. The Service is intended for use by individuals and businesses for legitimate financial management purposes.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country.
3. Subscription Terms
Access to Voxel is provided through subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial months or for unused portions of a subscription. However, if the Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to an outage, you may be eligible for a prorated credit.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any violation of financial regulations. You may not use the Service to scrape, mine, or extract data from Voxel without our express written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Voxel's Rights: The Voxel platform, including all software, code, algorithms, visualizations, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Voxel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Data Rights: You retain ownership of the financial data you upload to Voxel. By using the Service, you grant Voxel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, and process your data solely to provide the Service and improve our AI models.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
7. Termination Conditions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You must delete all copies of the Service or any portions thereof from your systems. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
