What you'll accomplish today

Setting up Voxel is designed to be quick. We've streamlined the process so you can go from sign-up to your first 3D visualization in minutes.

Whether you are managing personal finances or a growing business, the setup process is the same: connect your data, define your baseline, and let the AI do the rest.

Your 6-Step Setup

1. Create Workspace

Sign up for Voxel and create your primary workspace. Invite your team members (e.g., Sarah from Accounting) to collaborate on the same financial view.

2. Connect Bank

Use our secure Plaid integration to link your primary checking or business account. Voxel uses read-only access, so your funds remain safe.

3. Set Fiscal Year

Align Voxel with your business cycle. Select your fiscal year start date (e.g., Jan 1) to ensure your budget baselines and projections are accurate.

4. Explore Cash Flow Cube

Once data syncs, navigate to the 3D visualization. Rotate the cube to see how your income, expenses, and savings interact in real-time.

5. Set Anomaly Radar

Configure your first alert. Tell Voxel to notify you if a transaction exceeds $500 or if your daily spending spikes by 20%.

6. Generate Report

Export your initial insights. Share a live link with your team or download a PDF summary of your first 30 days of financial clarity.

For most major banks, the first sync takes about 1-2 minutes. Subsequent daily syncs usually happen automatically within 15 minutes of the bank's update cycle. If you don't see data after 30 minutes, check your internet connection or contact support.
